• Please note that multi-park ticket holders at Yas Island theme parks will enter using face scan at the turnstiles. Guests must register by scanning the QR code on their ticket, selecting Register Face Tag, entering personal details, accepting the terms, and uploading a face photo. Each guest must complete their own registration, and it is recommended to do this in advance to avoid entry delays. Qasr Al Watan

• Please make sure to keep your mobile phones in silent mode before entering the palace.

• You can park your car at the Visitors Center Car Park, which also comes with valet parking services.

• Bags and cases with more dimensions than 500 X 350 won't be allowed inside the palace.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please display your mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at each ticket redemption point.

• Note: This ticket allows you entry to both attractions on the same day. It cannot be used on two different dates.

Shuttle Service
