• You cannot change your plan on the day of your booking (guide option, starting time, duration)
• While booking, you must provide a copy of your international driving license
• Without your international driver license, your booking cannot be confirmed
• If you bring the wrong driving license on the day of the booking, you cannot participate and your booking will be canceled without refund
• For Taiwanese citizens, a Japanese translation of the driver's license must be issued by the JAF or the East Asia Relations Commission. Please also bring your passport and your local driving license
• Make sure to bring your passport (not applicable for Japanese citizens) on the day of your booking
• The minimum age requirement is 18 years
• There is a height restriction as well. You must be between 150 cm to 185 cm to avail of this experience
• All karts are for 1 person. There are no multi-person karts
• This experience is not wheelchair accessible
• Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. High heels and long skirts are not recommended as they might hinder your driving
• Since there aren’t too many parking lots in Tokyo, it is not recommended that you park the kart anywhere. The supplier does not take responsibility for damages to the kart.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
