En el mostrador de información del castillo me dijeron que posiblemente se trataba de un billete fraudulento. Sé que Headout hace todo lo que puede y que no es culpa suya como empresa.

No se respetó lo ticket no se respetó: - no hubo bebida de bienvenida ni elección de plato: sólo nos hicieron elegir entre café/té/capuchino (pedimos chocolate caliente pero nos lo denegaron) y nos porystoyed un postre "típico" sin otra opción - la visita prevista sólo fue posible después de nuestra petición (la sala de exposiciones ya había cerrado) y sin ningún apoyo logístico - personal poco cooperativo
