What to bring

• Bring comfortable outdoor clothing that can get wet or muddy.

• Carry a change of clothes and a towel for after water or mud activities.

• Wear sturdy, closed-toe footwear with good grip.

• Bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.

What’s not allowed

• Avoid bringing drones without prior authorization.

• Do not feed elephants anything not provided by staff.

• Flash photography may be restricted during close interactions.

Accessibility

• Outdoor terrain and uneven paths may not be suitable for wheelchairs or strollers.

• Participants should be comfortable with light physical activity and getting in/out of shallow water.

Additional information

• Open daily 7:00 AM–9:00 PM.

• Suitable for all ages; participants should be able to join outdoor activities.

• Book the Overnight Visit at least 12 hours before the assigned pick-up time.

• Self-transport may not be recommended for most programs due to remote roads; use the sanctuary transfer service when available.

• Pick-up/drop-off typically available within a 5 km radius of the city center; priority drop-offs aren’t offered.

• Activities are supervised by experienced guides and mahouts for safety.
