Uno dei tour più belli mai fatti. Sia la cattedrale sia l'Alcazar sono magnifici e la guida Patricia ha reso tutto perfetto e molto ben comprensibile. Sicuramente un tour consigliato a tutti, grandi e piccini

Elena, die Führerin, wir seht toll. Sie hat die Inhalte sehr kompetent in einem sehr guten Englisch kundgetan. Sie war locker und sympathisch. Die Führung harre etw@s kürzer sein können. Besonders im Alcazar war es mir persönlich zu lang. Aber trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert, gerade für Menschen, die Geschichte mögen.

Essendo arrivato totalmente ignoranti su Siviglia e l' Alcazar, la guida Filippo ci ha aiutato ad immergerci non solo nei monumenti ma anche nella storia della città, in un tour veramente personale dove ci siamo sentiti protagonisti e non solo ascoltatori passivi. La cattedrale e Alcazar sono stati una meravigliosa scoperta e poi la tomba di Cristoforo Colombo... Solo quella e la storia a riguardo merita!

Tour molto ben organizzato, con grande puntualità, la nostra guida Cecilia parla benissimo italiano, è molto preparata e oltre a spiegare con precisione ci ha intrattenuto con personalità e grande simpatia, dandoci anche consigli pratici sul nostro soggiorno a Siviglia. Meet your guide near the main entrance of the Alcázar (the Lion's Gate), where your tickets will be validated. After a brief introduction and security check, your group will set off to explore the city’s most celebrated landmarks that form part of a UNESCO site.

Alcázar of Seville: Europe's oldest royal palace that's still used by the Spanish royalty, the Alcázar is a culmination of 11 centuries of Moorish and Christian architecture and history. You get to explore its intricate tilework and design features, along with its lush gardens spanning seven hectares.

Seville Cathedral: Walk into the world's largest Gothic Cathedral and explore the various chapels, tombs, and relics it houses, including that of Christopher Columbus.

La Giralda: Climb up the Seville Cathedral's bell tower, taking in its intricate confluence of Moorish and Renaissance architectural styles. At the top, enjoy panoramic views of Seville's breathtaking cityscape.

Small group guided tour: Choose to tour the cathedral and its bell tower in small groups of 15 people for more facetime with your giude and the chance to dive deeper into its history.

What to bring

Alcázar of Seville

Bring an original, valid passport or ID card for entry along with your ticket.

You can present your ticket printed or on your mobile.

If eligible for student or pensioner discounts, bring supporting documentation (EU citizens only).

If you choose the audio guide, bring along your best headphones and a fully charged mobile device with sufficient free space to download the app.

Carry your student ID if applicable.

Seville Cathedral & La Giralda

Bring a valid passport or ID card for entry along with your ticket.

Bring your handheld cameras along—photography is allowed for personal use.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the monument (except for water and food for babies).

Alcohol, drugs, and intoxicated behavior are strictly prohibited.

Weapons, sharp objects, and large bags or luggage are not allowed.

Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs or emotional support dogs with valid documentation.

Selfie sticks, flash photography, and tripods are not allowed.

Bare feet and bachelor or bachelorette party groups are not permitted.

Seville Cathedral & La Giralda

Entering barefoot and wearing clothes that expose the knees and shoulders is prohibited.

Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs or emotional support dogs with valid documentation.

Accessibility

The Alcázar of Seville and Seville Cathedral are wheelchair accessible.

Guide dogs and emotional support animals are allowed within the Alcazar and the cathedral, subject to producing the official documentation.

Wheelchair users are prohibited from climbing the La Giralda.

People with vertigo, claustrophobia, anaemia, tendency to dizziness, heart problems, and/or respiratory problems are advised not to climb the La Giralda.

Additional information

You must arrive at the designated entry point 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete check-in.

You can visit the Seville Cathedral for free on Sundays (except holidays) between 4:30pm and 6pm, with a prior online reservation.

Visits to the gardens are subject to weather and safety conditions and may be closed without prior notice.

Children under 14 can visit the Giralda always accompanied by an adult.

If you choose a small group guided tour, your group will have no more than 15 people.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point. Students must show a valid student ID.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
