What to bring

Carry a valid ID: Your digital voucher is required for the tour, but it does not replace a valid identification document or serve as your entry ticket. Be sure to carry both for verification.

Arrive ahead of time: Please reach the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour to allow enough time for check-in.

Inside the monument: Food and beverages are not permitted at the venue.

Changes after booking: The guided tour is conducted only in the language selected at the time of booking. It cannot be changed after your reservation is confirmed.

Accessibility

Mobility considerations: The tour is not fully adapted for visitors with reduced mobility. As the monument has historic architectural features, it is not wheelchair accessible and may also be unsuitable for guests using crutches or other mobility aids.

Strollers on the tour: Due to the historic nature of the monument, strollers and prams are not allowed. Parents visiting with infants are advised to use a baby carrier instead.

Schedule updates: Tour timings may occasionally change due to operational or logistical reasons. If this happens, you will be informed in advance and can either accept the revised schedule or cancel your booking for a full refund.

Meeting point: Meet your guide at Pl. Virgen de los Reyes, 4, Casco Antiguo, Seville. Head to the fountain in the centre of the square and look for the statue of Pope John Paul II among the trees. Your guide will be waiting nearby, holding a small red flag. Simply provide your name for check-in.
