This was a lovely experience. I would only request to only have an English translation since many of us are tourists and don't speak the language. But we were able to understand with the translator app and the audio guide. Still it was really easy to take the bus and visit all the spots. Thank you!

Pésima, no pude hacerla. Esto ya que sólo habia un lugar de retiro de las entradas, que era muy lejos. no logré nunca ir a buscarlas ni retirarlas. Muy mal, muy insatisfecha y molesta. Si uno lo compra, debieran activar el codigo y uno poder subirse en todas las estaciones de turibus. No tener que ir a un lugar lejos a activar el codigo. Si finalmente uno lo compra, es porque necesita el codigo para subirse. Además en el mail salía 24 horas, y no es de uso de 24 horas. Pesimo servicio, eprdi mi plata, per´di tiempo en Turibus tratando de buscar con el codigo interno de Headout si podia llegar al ticket y no fue posibkle, sino que ir presencial a otro lugar. eso ya no se usa, debe ser con codigo on line, ustedes envian la entrada. pesimo servicio, muy insatisfecha y realmente molesta. agradecería si pudieran devolverme el dinero, o parte de el, si finalmente lo unico que log´re fue perder tiempo y generar insatisfacción. The staff were fantastic...however the seats were damaged The loudspeaker on the bus speaking Spanish was SO loud had trouble hearing v the English version. Did realise HOW MUCH traffic there would be.

Red route - Historic Center

The red route weaved through Mexico City's vibrant heart, mural-draped Zócalo, stately Bellas Artes, and leafy Alameda Central. Expect grand boulevards, colonial facades, and major sights like the Angel of Independence.

Popular stops: Auditorium, Museum of Modern Art, Condesa

Green route - South/Coyoacan

Dressed in green, this upscale path glides by luxury shops and sleek skyscrapers on Masaryk Avenue, plus iconic modern stops like Museo Soumaya’s metallic curves and leafy Chapultepec.

Popular stops: Fuente de Cibeles, Mercado Roma, World Trade Center

Yellow route - Polanco

The orange line is an artistic journey plunging into trendy Condesa, past Roma’s hip cafes, and all the way to Coyoacán’s colorful markets and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Lush parks, street murals, and bohemian neighborhoods color this creative urban stretch.

Purple route - Basilica

The bus arrival times at each stop may vary due to traffic and weather conditions.

The bus operates until 7pm, and the service will conclude at the stop closest to the bus’ current location on the route.

Make sure to retain both your ticket and wristband for the entire duration of the experience. If either is lost, you will be required to pay the full price of the activity again to continue using the service.
