It was soooo hot outside and we waited in line for about an hour, but once inside, it was so worth it! Every room felt like a unique magical experience. We can't wait to go back and visit all the TeamLabs exhibits!

We had so much fun at teamLab!! The different exhibits were amazing and we are so glad we went. The best for us was the athletic section with all of the games and challenges. Highly recommend, 10/10.

It was pretty easy. Booked both my ticket to my hotel from the airport and my return ticket. Went to the counter, presented my qr code and and I was given my ticket. Would use again.

The staff helped me find my receipt for the Narita-Haneda ticket. A French-speaking employee helped me locate the QR code so I could use the service and arrive on time for my Tokyo-Quebec City flight. Many thanks to all the staff. Very good service once the pick up point was found. We arrived at terminal 3 but had to make your own way to terminal 2 and find the driver

The experience was seamless. The moment I booked , there was proper instructions to follow, i was able to connect with the customer care who could take all my details and give reassurances for the prompt service. The assigned driver was able to connect with my family with warm welcome board with name, helping them to board the bag , even stop them for a meal in between and reached the hotel well before time. A photo was taken before picking up and drop ensuring safety in the hotel that was to be reached to. Amazing service . I would like opt their other services and experience local tours and other transfers
