• If your hotel is not listed in the round-trip hotel transortation, the bus will provide pick-up and drop-off services at the nearest location.

• If you've chosen the Full-Day Tour with 21+ Attractions and your hotel is not serviceable for the round-trip transport, you can meet the tour guide at the primary pickup location at the back of 2424 Hyatt Regency on Koa Ave at 7:30am.

• Confirm your pick up time and location 24 hours prior to your tour.

• The tour may not make a stop at Halona Blowhole if the location is not accessible at the time.

• Children aged 2 and below can enjoy this experience for free.

• If you choose the Snorkeling Tour upgrade, please note that the Snorkeling gear may be provided as part of the tour, depending on the day’s operator. We recommend bringing your own gear for comfort and convenience, or be prepared to rent/purchase gear on-site if needed.
