Our experience with Headout was exceptional, largely because of the attentiveness of one staff member who went above and beyond to help us. When we arrived later than planned without a confirmed reservation, she immediately understood our situation and brought our tickets directly to us rather than making us wait in line. Her proactive approach meant we could skip the queue and enter without any hassle—no bureaucratic delays, no complications. What impressed us most was that despite the time pressure, the entire process felt seamless. The lack of rigid reservation requirements showed flexibility, and the ease of entry made the experience stress-free. Her willingness to support us when we needed it most turned what could have been an awkward situation into a genuine highlight of our visit. Took one look at the wall to wall people in Florence and freeked out. Did some research (as I do) and decided on HEADOUT. When we arrived at the meeting point there were literally hundreds of people in the que accross the road waiting to get in. We just walked in with our guide, Galya who was fantastic, didn't seem crowded inside. You can't go to florence without seeing David. His hand so real but stone, unbelievable.

We were able to book same day ticket through HeadCount which was a shocker! When it came for our time the tour guide was already aware we were there and got us in super quick. Great experience!

It was suggested from a friend when visiting Florence. She said it was the easiest way to get all the tickets to the museum. She was correct! I used the app to verify my ticket at the Accademia and head out sent me a PDF which I showed at the Uffizi Galleria and both processes were smooth.

Finally seeing Michelangelo's David was definitely the highlight of our trip to the Accademia. The other artwork and sculptures were also breathtaking. We will be coming back to Florence again and the Accademia will be the first on the list to visit!

Soepele binnenkomst. Duidelijke vakken buiten met de tijdsloten, binnen de etickets omruilen voor papieren exemplaren (leuk om te bewaren) en daarna het prachtige museum in! Was top!
