The tour to the Eiffel Tower was simply amazing... At the beginning, we were a bit skeptical because we didn't really want to book a guided tour, but everything was just great. Our guide was incredibly friendly and funny; he paused at the right places and told us not only about the Eiffel Tower but also about many things around it. The fact that he acted as a photographer for the group members in front of the Eiffel Tower was also really awesome... because that's how the most beautiful photo of our entire vacation was taken! Thank you so much once again for that. He conducted the entire tour in English, but since my husband unfortunately speaks little to no English, he kept taking short pauses so I could translate everything he said for my husband. All in all, a great experience. I can only advise everyone to book through this agency. You definitely won't regret it.

What a wonderful 2 days. First Day we had the hop on bus give us the grand tour of Paris. Getting off whenever we wanted and then the 2nd day, our Eiffel tower summit visit was wonderful. Made Even better with our guide Sydney who was knowledgeable and very pleasant. The Price of the combo permitted us to go to the summit of the Eiffel tower for only 36$cad! What a deal!

Great tour all the way to the top of the Eiffel Tower The very friendly guide quickly took us to the elevator and up to the second floor without much of a wait, telling us a lot about the tower’s history along the way. It was a dream come true. It's a spectacular place. The feeling you get from the views on the second floor will be unforgettable. I took the tour with the guide Pascal, a really nice guy, who—even though he told the story in English (that’s what I booked) and despite my limited command of English—I was able to understand him. I enjoyed the tour guide very much. He was polite and very informative. He spoke many languages tomorrow ensure everyone was aware of the history. The downside of the tour was that the top of the Eiffel Tower was closed and I paid money to see the city from the top. I am still waiting for reimbursement for that right now. I was also quite disappointed about the Seine River portion. I was unable to use the voucher before and when I attempted to use it by the river there was no one to help instruct me where to go. I noticed there were a million people shoved into the boat and it wouldn't look so enjoyable. Either way I could not use the voucher and I left the the country without utilizing it. I am quite disappointed with those two items. I hope someone can contact and help me with the reimbursement from the missed too floor of the tower due to the heat. The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.
