A fantastic guide named Monica who gave us a detailed tour of the Eiffel Tower. We first met at a spot a short distance from the Eiffel Tower, where Monica took photos of anyone who wanted them with the Eiffel Tower in the background. She professionally guided us up to the second floor, and then we got to take the elevator up to the top on our own. We are very happy with the entire tour and especially pleased with Monica’s story about the Eiffel Tower and how it came to be.

It was an incredible experience. Our guide, Monica, was perfect: she shared lots of interesting information with us and showed us some beautiful places and scenery. The only downside is that, for this price, priority entry is no longer included. There weren’t many people there today, but during peak season, the lines must be endless.

Our guide Ricardo was terrific. Personable, funny, knowledgeable and, most importantly, able to navigate our group of 16 through the crowds and 2 security check points. He gave us some pointers on the 2nd floor and then left the group. He did tell us early on that he had been informed that the ascent to the top was not possible due to technical difficulties - he had no control over that. We were also told we could get a partial refund since we couldn't go to the top. We'll see. Reality is, the second floor will give you all the views of Paris you need/want.

Please note that you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.

This tour can accommodate a maximum of 20 people in 1 group.

Expect to stand in line for a security check at entry, which can take between 2 to 4 hours during peak season.

This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.
