For our entire family, our visit to the Eiffel Tower will remain much more than just a tourist stop: it was one of those experiences that remind us that certain monuments are not merely admired with the eyes, but are discovered with the mind and remain etched in our memories. It was a dream come true. It's a spectacular place. The feeling you get from the views on the second floor will be unforgettable. I took the tour with the guide Pascal, a really nice guy, who—even though he told the story in English (that’s what I booked) and despite my limited command of English—I was able to understand him. Hi, meeting with the company representative went smoothly and without any issues; his uniform made it easy to identify him, then we went to the tower with the guide, who shared some interesting facts about it—things we didn’t know—and then we were led to the second floor to be dazzled by the view. A very informative, entertaining tour that—thanks to the tour guide’s experience—stayed right on schedule despite the very high number of visitors (on a Tuesday afternoon in early August). Without a tour guide, we definitely wouldn’t have made it to the second floor—let alone the top of the tower—by the end of the day, given the huge crowds lining up everywhere ;) So: Highly recommended.

We were lucky with the cruise as boarding started like 15mins after we went there. We had a lot of funny people there whooing and singing and talking to people on bridges. We had a wonderful time. As for the Eiffel, our guide was kind and helpful and funny, she got us up on the second floor as soon as possible and helped us queue for the top. Her style of talking about it was funny, we laughed a lot.

The meeting place is great. The guide was very friendly and efficient; he spoke English and Spanish perfectly. We got in with almost no wait. He dropped us off on the second floor and gave us tickets for the boat that we could use any day. Of course, the best time is at sunset, followed by seeing the Eiffel Tower lit up at night.

Expect to stand in line for a security check at entry, which can take between 2 to 4 hours during peak season.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.
