User be warned the ticket is not actually a ticket just a voucher. You need to collect ticket from a guide this information is sent day of tour. My information didn't get to me before I left my hotel then I had wifi issues trying to load it. I was denied access at the Eiffel Tower and had to purchase another ticket. Because its a third party operator nobody takes responsibility and a refund is denied.
