The experience was immersive and the rooms were so well done! Some of the effects i never encountered before and it was so fun never knowing what to fully expect. The actors were amazing and never broke character! It was fun and spooky and definitely worth checking out! The sets and people there are amazing!!!

Created some well-needed memories with my children with a walk through some of Edinburgh then a quick bite at the train station, as well as a sit down in the park just before going into The Dungeon for a unique and keenly humorous show. Hopped on the comfortable busses to see the rest of Edinburgh and learned a lot about the fascinating history of the city. An experience we will not soon forget!

Very entertaining, the whole experience was well worth the money paid. The guides were excellent, funny, and knowledgeable about all aspects of Scotlands macabre past and the audience participation was first class. This experience is well worth a visit, I would recommend this venue. The staff are very friendly and entertaining.

Both my 15 year old son and I had a great time, I was chosen to be sweaty Betty, much to my sons amusement. The experience was equally scary (I had a few embarrassing loud jump scare screams) and funny. The actors are amazing!

Easy to book, was also able to change date at quite late notice. Easy to find, easy to get in with a friendly lady at the counter. Organised staff from the onset makes the experience great. Started on time with no issues. Very entertaining from the first second with each character played with the utmost enthusiasm and confidence in their role. This must be quite difficult to keep up with through the day but they didn't falter or mess up one line. Humour was used appropriately and taken well by the audience. Each sketch was the right time length and moved along quickly to the next room very smoothly. The stage rooms were excellent and no scrimping was done on the attention to detail and creating the right atmosphere for or each scene. The experience also ended quite cleverly giving the audience an interesting but unnerving feeling. Gift shop was good and photo purchasing was very smooth but in no way felt obligated.
