I used hop on for the first time in Edinburgh and in the 24 hours I could see how efficient the service was. Mine, however, in this case was a lucky day because the next day the route was completely turned around by a marathon run through the city. Had I not used the voucher immediately, I would have found myself listening to stories and descriptions of places totally different from the ones I was passing through at the time. Still, it was a good experience that we will do again in another city as soon as we can.

Truthfully ever part of our visit was amazing from the staff to the actors to the rooms made for the experience. The staff was funny and helpful for every step of the way. The experience was immersive and the rooms were so well done! Some of the effects i never encountered before and it was so fun never knowing what to fully expect. The actors were amazing and never broke character! It was fun and spooky and definitely worth checking out! The sets and people there are amazing!!!

The tour itself was brilliant. However, trying to find someone and get tickets using our on-line booking was not good. Our driver asked us to get on but said we would need toget off at the next stop to register tickets. Then when I asked for a tour guide map, I was told there weren't any left but I could take a photo image of the guide the member of staff had - not good at all.

I had visited before but it was my daughter's first visit and she was picked as Sweaty Betty - she thoroughly enjoyed this and the Judge was particularly excellent in her role. We had a really enjoyable visit, with staff engagement making us laugh and scream in equal measure. I would certainly return to the Edinburgh Dungeons.

Easy to get a ticket. Audio guide is good but not quite in sync. We missed some sights because the guide mentioned things AFTER the bus had passed them! Bus seats are hard but it fun to sit upstairs outside in the sun! Overall a great experience. Will do it again.

We had an excellent time in the dungeon. The staff were really engaging and made it so fun and scary at times. It is excellent value for money and a great way to spend an hour and a half. You also learn some local history.

Dungeons was great the first time but my daughter was to small to ride drop tower.. so we booked to come back today ride was closed due to a fault .. overall still a great experience and keeps the kids on their toes
