Boarding is orgnized very good. Morning food and lunch is good. Taste of the cup of vinho do porto is very special and good. It would be better If journey can be 10 hours.

My 3 friends and I signed up for the 8 hr tour of the Douro River which included a visit to a vineyard. Firstly, it turned out to be a 12 hour day which was NOT made clear when booking. They fed us a roll / crossiant with juice, coffee tea for breakfast almost immeditely upon arrival which was ok. Since they were well aware the day would be longer, they should have waited until later to serve the lunch. Lunch was ok if you are not a vegetarian. The veggies included were soggy boiled potatoes and mushy stringbeans and carrots. we were told we would be a the vineyard for an hour which was incorrect as well. I believe we arrived later than the vineyard employees expected and sort of felt rushed out of there as they wanted to close for the day. Hopefully these comments (as i heard the similar comments from others on the boat) will help you fix some of these complaints.

The lunch was great, the route was amazing but too long for the size of the boat. There was not enough outdoor deck space to find shade or not be on top of other guests. The only other option was to be inside but the upper area was limited and the lower area had assigned seating. I would not recommend this trip.

La croisière est bien, mais trop longue. Le repas était très bon, mais les quantités trop grande, donc beaucoup de gaspillage. Nous avons été à peine 20 minutes dans le vignoble et il fallait quitter. C'est d'ailleurs le peu de temps dans le vignoble qui nous a le plus déçu.
