It's hard to find tours in Spanish, but this one was very good. Lázaro was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable on the subject. Although it's the responsibility of each person booking the tour, it's important to point out that the climb is quite strenuous and a potential risk for people with less-than-ideal health conditions. Honestly, I'm very happy with the tour.

Debra was great, the communication was great, very knowledgeable and enjoyable The baptistery was interesting with lots of history. The museum was the same. How they learn all this is fantastic. The climb was amazing at the top, so very beautiful. Would definitely recommend. I did miss the bell tower but the vier over to it was great as well

Eduardo was great explaining everything during the tour, being comprehensive but never boring! We are very happy with the experience in Florence and strongly suggest everyone that is interested in the Santa Maria del Fiore "complex".

Camilla was a great guide! This place was impactful to see! The way the dome was created and painted is just breathtaking! Definitely a must in Florence

Anastasia our guide was very helpful , instructive and passionate about the information she gave us on the guided part of the talk. She also showed us where to access the other parts of the unguided tour. She was great. The views from the top of the Dome are beautiful and well worth all the steps. The church and baptistry were also amazing. The only reason I never gave 5 stars is because the whole tour is not explained properly on head out. They take you around the outside of the dome , inside the baptistry and the museum . You are then led to the Dome tower queue. From there you are on your own to use priority entrance for the church and crypt and the normal entrance to the bell tower. The building is amazing and definitely worth seeing.

The organization of the tour was good and as described, and access details worked as explained. The guide was fine, but nothing special and not terribly energetic or charismatic- it was very factual but I have had several more dynamic guides who really seemed excited about the topic and made the attraction come alive...
    • Explore Florence’s sacred heart with a guided tour of the Cathedral, Baptistery, and Opera del Duomo Museum, each space revealing a different layer of Renaissance brilliance.

    • Uncover the stories behind the art and architecture as your expert guide (available in English, Spanish, Italian, or German) decodes mosaics, masterpieces, and the engineering marvels that shaped the Duomo complex.

    • Upgrade for the climbs: After your guided visit, ascend Brunelleschi’s Dome or Giotto’s Bell Tower (or both!) for a bird’s-eye view of Florence and a deeper appreciation of the complex’s scale and genius.

    • Pressed for time? Choose an express guided tour focused on the Cathedral’s highlights, perfect for seeing the essentials in just 30 minutes.
