My friend and I had a guide called Nico. He was absolutely despicable. I was told to meet at meeting point at 6:30 which was changed at a late stage to 6:25. We arrived at 6:28 and the guide was so angry for those few minutes. He made rude and unpleasant announcements to the entire bus based on us not really being late. The entire group was of 50 of so scared of him we had to hurry back from wherever we were so that we couldn't experience his rude comments. He spoilt the entire trip for many of us. Please reconsider using Nico. He further charged us an extra euro for entry in Montenegro which other tour groups did not have to pay. He seemed to be very interested in money and tips.

Contrary to what we thought, the tour of Kotor and Perast is not a guided tour; the guide drops us off in a town and gives us a time to return, and that's it. The only time he intervenes is on the bus to ask for passports or remind us not to be late, and every now and then to give a redundant page of history. In short, the trip would have been the same without him. Regarding the trip, all activities are extra, which is not specified anywhere. The guide even took the liberty of asking for a tip, mainly for speaking into a microphone for 10 minutes. Apart from that, both cities were pretty and very pleasant.

Guide and bus driver were really good and patient. Gave in depth about the places visited. On 2 occasions, other travelers were very late. Guide went out all the way to find them and didn't abandon them. Although as fellow travelers, it wasn't pleasant to have to wait but can appreciate not getting abandon in foreign land.

I hate a really great time! It was good to be able to get to see a little bit of Montenegro
  • Delight in the breathtaking beauty of the landscape of Montenegrin in this full-day tour starting from Dubrovnik.

    Of oceanic views and valleys

Drive through sites like the Konavle Valley and Zupa Dubrovacka which perfectly encapsulate the old-world charm of Croatia and the natural beauty of the area. As you arrive in Montenegro, you’ll be greeted with picturesque views of the Bay of Kotor. The green-colored Orjen and Lovćen Mountains beautifully complement the blue waters of the bay. Take a stroll through one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Montenegro – the Old Town of Kotor. Here, you can marvel at monuments like the Pima Palace, Cathedral of Saint Tryphon, and St. John’s Fortress.

    Exploring islands

Explore the maritime town of Perast. Although it is a lesser-known town in Montenegro, its idyllic setting and laid-back vibe make it worthwhile to visit. Perast is known for its fishing traditions and Venetian-influenced architecture in its churches, palaces, and squares. Just a boat ride away – an optional addition to your tour – from the coast of Perast, you’ll find the stunning islet of Our Lady of the Rocks. Do not give it a miss as the artificial island and its accompanying church have long enamored tourists with its mystical aura.
