I booked my service through Headout, and it was a very good experience overall. When we visited Dubai Frame, we found that there was a long queue, and the personal security staff informed us that the waiting time could be more than two hours. For customers who book directly through Dubai Frame or other official websites, they usually need to visit on the same day, or in some cases within a two-day timeframe. If they miss that window, it becomes difficult to manage. However, with Headout, the booking validity is for one full year, which is extremely convenient. This flexibility is very helpful, as it allows us to visit later if we face any difficulties or time constraints. Overall, booking through Headout made the process much easier and stress-free.

I really enjoyed visiting Dubai Frame. I felt it is a unique and meaningful attraction because, from one place, I could clearly see Old Dubai on one side and New Dubai on the other. The view from the top was amazing and made me appreciate how beautifully Dubai has developed. I felt excited walking on the glass floor—it was thrilling but felt very safe. I also liked the museum inside, which helped me understand Dubai’s past, present, and future in a simple way. The place was clean, well organized, and the staff were polite. Overall, I felt the experience was worth the money. I personally recommend Dubai Frame as a must-visit place for anyone coming to Dubai.

Amazing Experience at Dubai Frame! I booked my tickets through Headout, and the whole process was super smooth. The tickets were delivered instantly, and entry was hassle-free — just scan and walk in. No long queues at all! The Dubai Frame itself is absolutely stunning. Its an impressively organised place. Respectful staff and more important making your experience much better. My wife is pregnant and care they had for her it was out of this world. It was worth all the wait and glad we did it . One suggestion for people is to book tickets in advance and not crowd the ticket cashier.

It was a great combo ticket visiting the Miracle Garden and Dubai Frame in one day. Both places were amazing and definitely worth a visit. The only reason I gave it 4stars rather than 5 was that the ticket was advertised as 'Skip-the-line' tickets for the Dubai Frame but when we got there we had to wait over an hour in the queue to enter the venue. When asked why we had to wait, the response was that the "Skip the Line" was only for the ticket purchasing queue which did not make sense as we had already purchased online tickets. Trick marketing to watch out for.

I booked my tickets through Headout, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. I also got the tickets slighlty cheaper through headout. The tickets were easy to access and the barcodes were sent on the same email address i used whilst booking the tickets, and entry was quick with no issues at all. I’d highly recommend both the Dubai Frame and booking through Headout for a seamless experience. Definitely a must-visit attraction in Dubai! Atleast once ! I would say visit in the evening or during sunset for the best experience.

The iconic waterpark is the home of over 40 rides, slides, and attractions. Moreover, 5 of these have never been seen before in any waterpark. With the park split across 4 zones of varying intensity, you can pick the rides you are comfortable with. If you seeking high thrills, make your way with your family or friends to the Falcons Falaj, the world's longest mammoth six-seater water coaster. Scream as you slide down Jebel Drop, the region's tallest speed slide or try out the Bubble Barrel, the world’s largest surfable wave sheet. When your excursions leave you famished, a number of cafe-style snack bars or butler-serviced beach cabanas will be waiting to refuel you for more adventures.

Dubai Frame

Featuring an award-winning design and rising up to a height of 150 meters, Dubai Frame perfectly showcases both the modern iconic landmarks and the older parts of the city. At the bottom, you will find a museum that showcases the city's transformation from a fishing village to a glamorous metropolis with the help of advanced technology.

After checking out the museum's array of exhibits, take an elevator to the top that will give you access to a walkway. From there, you will be able to spot some of Dubai's most charming structures including Karama, Bur Dubai, and Umm Hurair.

This ticket is not valid on Ladies' Night (every Friday from 6 May until 28 Oct 2022). Boys aged 8 and below are allowed entry on Ladies Day. However, a Government-issued photo ID is required upon entry.

Guests aged below 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid admission ticket.

You must comply with ride rules and follow the instructions in the Park.

You may not bring food or drinks into the Park.

Owing to height and safety restrictions, you may not be able to experience all the rides.

Certain rides, attractions, shows, or outlets may be unavailable during your visit.

Admission and use of the Park is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Park accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage sustained in the Park; the Park may deny admission or remove you from the premises for any reason.

Operating hours for the waterpark during April and May 2024:

Monday to Thursday & Saturday to Sunday: 10am to 7pm.

Every Friday (exclusively for women): 1pm to 10pm.
