What to bring

• Bring your ticket voucher, printed or on a mobile device, to scan at the park entrance for entry to the park. The entire ticket voucher must be legible, including the scannable code and order information.

• Carry a change of clothes, towels, and a swimsuit if you plan to visit the water park.

• Bring sun protection along, such as sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses, for the best experience.

• Bring a valid ID in case it is requested at the entrance.

• Wear comfortable walking shoes and appropriate clothing on your visit.

What's not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park.

• Weapons of any kind are not permitted on the premises.

• Loose articles are strictly prohibited on rides and should be left with non-riders or secured in lockers. Cell phones, keys, wallets, or other small items must be secured in cargo pockets or zippered jacket pockets. All loose articles which cannot be secured must be left in a locker or with a non-rider prior to entering the queue.

Accessibility

• The park is wheelchair and stroller-friendly, with accessible restrooms, pathways, and ramps.

• Wheelchairs and strollers are available for rent on-site, on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Many amusement rides use manufacturer-designed safety systems built to accommodate people of average physical stature and proportion. These systems may limit the ability of some individuals to safely ride.

• Guests of larger or smaller size; guests with heart, back, or neck conditions; pregnant guests; guests recovering from recent surgery; and guests with casts, braces, restrictive devices, or certain disabilities may not be safely accommodated.
