Tulum: Dolphin Swim Adventure

Important Information

• For safety purposes, women showing 5 months of pregnancy or less can only participate in the Dolphin Encounter program accompanied by another adult and after signing the responsibility form. Women with more than 5 months of pregnancy cannot participate in any of the water activities

• Remember to arrive 30 minutes before your program since you will receive an orientation

• If you have any physical or health problems, contact our Call Center for information related to the services before making the reservation

• At Dolphin Akumal, groups have a maximum of 12 people for a better experience

• An additional cost of $ 150 MXN is applicable per companion for transportation

• Currently, the facility is NOT accepting US dollars in cash (check-in, restaurant, boutique, and photos). However, they do accept Mexican pesos in cash. If you want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US currency

• You will need to pay for the dockage at the time of your registration just before boarding

• The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs

• Children taller than 1.40 m will be able to participate alone in any program while paying the adult rate

• Children with a height of 1.21 m and up to 1.40 m will only be able to participate in the Encounter program

• Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m can participate in the Encounter program while accompanied by a paying adult

• Children shorter than 1 m will be considered infants and will carry out Encounter program activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they adjust their vest)

• The use of cameras in the water is not allowed. Professional photographs will be available for sale

Infants aged 5 and below can access the experience for free. Children aged 6 - 12 enjoy reduced prices on their tickets

• Please display the same along with a valid photo ID at the time of redemption

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students must show their valid student IDs

• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time in order to avoid any delays
