The palace and harem are beautiful, the audio guides explain very well everything you see and the history of both places. Excellent organization and sending the coupons by QR without problems to enter. I doubted at one point that they would not send them because I bought them well in advance, but they did send them. I enjoy the palace. I think it was one of the finest palaces I've ever been in. Because it was used recently it's still in great shape with a lovely furniture. The audio guide was excellent. The grounds were beautiful and the breeze off the river felt lovely

Your ticket lets you skip the main entry line, but all visitors must pass through security. In the busy summer months from June to August, the wait at security can be up to 30 minutes.
