Very nice cruise. Only negative; I did not receive any info about the change of location via email or text. Lucky we were an hour early and took a taxi to meet at the new deck.

An absolutely unforgettable experience from start to finish! The boat was spotless and in impeccable condition, making the entire cruise feel elegant and comfortable. The staff deserves a perfect 10/10 for their outstanding service—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the evening. The food was simply exceptional. We tried both adult menus as well as the children's menu, and every dish exceeded our expectations. I can honestly say that the veal I had on board was the best meal of my entire Euro trip—perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and beautifully presented. Between the breathtaking views of Paris, the flawless service, and the outstanding cuisine, this became one of the highlights of our vacation. A truly memorable experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Paris. We would definitely do it again!

I loved it all, from the staff to the views. Still, I would have to say that my favorite part of the entire trip would have been after I ate my meal. I was standing on the top deck, just looking out over the city, seeing the Eiffel Tower in the distance, and seeing the Statue of Liberty on the way back to the dock. It was an amazing end to my trip as I headed back home to the States.

It was great!! We ordered two dishes, one with fish and the other with meat—both very generous portions—along with a bottle of red wine. We chose the 9:45 p.m. time slot, since in Europe it gets dark after 10 p.m. in the summer. With the lights and a great view from the boat, we were enchanted by everything. But the highlight was the Eiffel Tower—it was a spectacle in itself. We loved it and highly recommend it.

The crew/staff were accomodating, professional and friendly. The food was excellent. The views (well, they speak for themselves). Would 100% recomend. One plus on this cruise (as opposed to other options) was the glass ceiling. It allowed for full view of the skyline while enjoying your meal. I noticed many other vendors on the Seine did not have glass ceiling vessels.

Staff were polite and helpful. Beautiful views. I would have liked somewhat of an audio guide so you knew what you were looking at. Also, confirmation of vegetarian option was quite complex when it didn't need to be. Staff take your order once aboard.

After dinner, for additional charges, I was unfortunately charged twice for the same amount. I hope I'll get a refund for the overcharge... of 59 euros. Attached are screenshots of the two transactions.
