Sample local dishes like tsukemono (vegetables preserved in vinegar), Yuuba (the world’s smoothest sashimi tofu), Kamaboko (seafood preserved in fish paste), Tako (Octopus with quail egg) and Macha Warabi Mochi (a special traditional sweet covered in ground tea leaves).
