Apart from its reefs, cliffs, and incredible views of the Caribbean Sea, the park is famous for its water activities for the whole family, like kayaking and snorkeling in coral reefs. If you've chosen the VIP Pass as an option, you even get access to the amazing VIP lounge, which includes an infinity pool. Important Information

Please use the comments section to include infants of 1 m or less in your reservation since their participation has no cost

You will need to pay for the dockage at the time of your registration just before boarding

The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs

In Isla Mujeres, this program admits groups with a maximum of 20 people

Children taller than 1.40 m will be able to participate alone in any program when paying the adult rate

For the Encounter program, children with a height of 1.21 m and up to 1.40 m will be able to participate alone

Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m can participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult

If your child is shorter than 1 m, they will be considered infants and will carry out Encounter program activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they adjust their vest)

The use of cameras in the water is not allowed. Professional photographs will be available for sale

Do not forget to use biodegradable sunscreen, to take care of your skin, the environment, and marine species

For safety purposes, women who are 5 months pregnant or less can only participate in the Dolphin Encounter program accompanied by another adult and after signing the responsibility form. Women who have crossed 5 months of pregnancy cannot participate in any of the aquatic activities

Remember to arrive 30 minutes before your program since you will receive a previous orientation

Infants aged 0-5yrs, who are below 90cm in height can enter for free. Simply present a valid photo ID and get free entry. Children aged 6-8yrs (91 cm to 140 cm) enjoy reduced ticket pricing (carry a valid photo ID)

If you stay in Isla Mujeres, getting to Garrafón Park is very easy

The park is located at the southern tip of the island, off the coast of Cancun. You only need to take a taxi anywhere on the island or from your hotel

There is a ferry service available at no extra cost at 2 times: 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, and departures are from Playa Langosta

If you're traveling from Cancún, redeem your ticket at Marina Aquatours and get dropped off at the Garrafón Park via ferry
