What to bring

• Arrive at the train platform at least 15 minutes prior to departure and bring your train tickets, which will be sent to you by email along with full details including train number and seat.

• The tour requires a minimum of 4 participants; if this number is not met, a private option with a supplement will be offered.
• You will travel independently by train from Rome to Florence and back, and no team member will meet you in Rome.
• Meet your guide in Florence at the designated meeting point; detailed instructions and train tickets will be provided before the tour.
• Public transportation is available near the meeting point in Florence.
• Guided walking tours of the villages are not included, and gratuities, hotel pick up/drop off, and transfer from Florence train station to the starting point are excluded from the experience.
