Your guide collects you from your Nairobi hotel for the roughly 90km, 2-hour drive to Hell's Gate National Park.
What to expect at Hell's Gate National Park
Hell's Gate is one of the few national parks in Africa where visitors can walk or cycle freely among wildlife, since it has no resident predators.

Cycle past Fischer's Tower, a 25-meter volcanic spire, early in the route, with giraffe and zebra often visible nearby.

Continue toward the Central Tower, where the valley opens up with views of Mount Longonot and Lake Naivasha.

If you head toward the Lower Gorge, a local guide is required there specifically, due to past flash flood risk.
