    What our guests say

So, I went with my sister and we both LOVED every second. Our guide (Abdou) honestly felt like some kind of history wizard, telling stories about the medina that you just don’t read in guidebooks. The alleys were sooo twisty, we 100% would have gotten lost alone. At one point we tried those fresh date sweets from a tiny shop, soooo good! Only thing—super crowded at the tannery, but Abdou found us a quieter rooftop for pics. Fab day. Would do it again.

Brought my parents (they’re in their 60s) and was a bit worried about all the stairs, but our guide kept an eye on them and even found us a spot to rest with mint tea when my mom got tired. Honestly, felt like we were walking through a movie set. The leather smell at the tannery is STRONG but worth it for the view. My dad is still talking about the mosaic fountain.

Bro, this was EPIC. Like, I’ve been to a lot of old cities but walking through Fes with Brahim was next level. He’s got stories for days and somehow knew everyone in the market?? We tried some street food (can’t remember what it was called but it was spicy and delish), and I snagged a hand-painted bowl (BARGAINED HARD, lol). If ur on the fence, don’t be.

Came solo, met up with the group and instantly felt at ease. Fatah (our guide) was super friendly, even joked with some of the kids in our group. Got a bit overwhelmed by the crowds near the blue gate but overall, the pace was chill. Learned a TON about zellige tiles and even got to watch a craftsman at work. It’s a loooong walk though—wear good shoes!

Group of friends trip—honestly, the souks are a maze, but our guide handled our chaos pretty well. Learned more than I expected about leather-making, and tried some BIZARRE candy (not my thing). Tannery smelled gnarly, but the views were totally worth it. Got a bit lost at the end but guide found us, so all good.
