We booked an early entry time of 8am and then discovered that breakfast at our accommodation wasn't until 7.30am. We were concerned that we couldn't do both! But you get up to an hour from your scheduled entry time so all worked out well! The car park is a 5 minute walk away and you pay on exit. The charge is 1.50€ per hour. We stayed seven hours so paid 10.50€. The park is beautiful and easy to get around with lots of boardwalks to follow. We enjoyed the leisurely boat ride and were grateful for the train ride back, although it is more like a bus than a train! There is plenty to see with four trails to choose from, graded according to length and difficulty. It is well sign posted but despite that, we kept losing the trail we'd chosen. In the end we decided to just relax and enjoy what was in front of us! I was expecting spectacular waterfalls. You don't get that. There are lots of small waterfalls, lakes and trees. It was still a great day out enjoying nature and the open air. Well worth it!

As a couple visiting 28 Sept found the park beautiful, well kept and plenty of rest / toilet/ eating stations, Transport in the park well organised, Bus,train, boats easy accessible and regular, there is a fair bit of uphill and downhill, wear comfortable footwear trainers etc , late Sept nice time to visit as less busy and a little cooler, although consequence of a hot summer less water in waterfalls, but still stunning , we did H trail which we found do able in the 4-5 hrs with stops and travel on bus & boat , we are not the fittest but found it comfortable and easy going, an absolute must do if in Croatia x

1. Very clean, neat and beautiful, not any garbage left in the park or in the lake. 2. Visitors numbers control is quite impressive, which guarantee the travel visiting quality 3. Very casual and nice weather, it's easy for visitors to experience. 4. Quite convenient in-park traffic tools to use, a bit tough to climb up to ST1 for bus access. But you still privide the boat for entrance 1 erea users 5. In general, it brings visitors very comfortable and enjoyable sightseeing touring, I definitely will consider to visit the park area again and introduce it to people I know.

Entered via the North Entrance (#1) and sadly only had enough time for the short 2-3 hour (A) route. Nonetheless, it was spectacular (using the U.S.' Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, and Yosemite as benchmarks) leaving us hoping to return to cover the other 4-6 hours of areas. We also had a scrumptous lunch at Dengjia 15 minutes outside the park (having failed to 24 hours advance order at nearby Licka Luce for their special local featured items) of Peka roasted veal and lamb. Great Croatian wines too.

The lake, the waterfalls, the forest just stunning. The boat ride is a nice relaxing break from all the walking. The shuttle but was really helpful after many hours od walking. My only suggestion would be that it would be nice to give everyone an idea on how many kilometers to the boat dock or the shuttle bus. I'm so glad I made time in my schedule to visit this beautiful and serene area.

Los boletos llegaron a tiempo un día antes para la visita de las cascadas y lagos de Plitvice!! Sin embargo considero que su sistema de entrega de boletos de último minuto genera incertidumbre y No hay forma de comunicarse con ustedes!!!! De hecho estoy cancelando vía banco mis boletos para asistir a las cascadas de KRKA porque mis boletos No han llegado!!!!

Outstanding Tour & Thoughtful, Attentive Guide! We booked a day tour to Plitvice Lakes National Park from Zadar, and it exceeded our expectations. The bus ride was smooth and comfortable, and our guide was wonderful. Because we had landed early that morning and had a sleepless night prior, we were pretty exhausted and just wanted a quiet, low-key experience rather than a super interactive tour. Our guide was incredibly observant and respectful—recognizing that we needed rest, they kept their voice gentle and gave us plenty of space to relax without feeling pressured to chat. At the same time, the guide was extremely knowledgeable about the park and expertly adapted the routes and walking pace to suit our group. Plitvice itself is breathtaking. The walk around the lakes is a must-do—it offers a total reset for your mind, crisp fresh air, and vibrant natural colors that don't even look real. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Zadar!

Рай на землі! Це найкраще місце, яке я бачила у своєму житті! Серед густих зелених лісів, поміж скель лежать шістнадцять озер, з'єднані між собою десятками водоспадів і струмків. Дуже вражає нереально бірюзовий колір озер. Вода настільки позора, що крізь неї видно каміння, коріння дерев, рибу, яка спокійно собі плаває. Дерев'яні місточки ведуть тебе просто над водою і кожний поворот вікриває нову картину - ще одне озеро, ще один водоспад. Природа тут створила маленький кусочок казки! . Я пожила кілька годин в іншому світі: дуже чистому, спокійному, незайманому. Є місця, які ти просто відвідуєш, а є ті, які залишаються назавжди в серці! Така би мала бути незаймана природа на всій землі! Так би мали берегти, цінувати, любуватися, боятися нашкодити кожній тваринці, кожній рослинці тому, що ми, люди тільки гості на цій планеті!

We came to Plitvice from Italy, because we had to go to Zagreb. It was a long but very rewarding detour. We think this national park is an absolute must-see when visiting Croatia. We entered via Entrance 3 near Plitvice Selo. As it was end-autumn there were no crowds and we experienced no queues at all. We followed track C, so we took immediately the boat. We did both the Lower and Upper Lakes. The route features scenic wooden boardwalks across crystal-clear turquoise waters, a boat crossing over the lake and a panoramic train return. We also took the short detour to the Upper Lakes lookout point (highly recommended, 40 minutes total for us instead of the 1 hour indicated): it delivers breathtaking elevated panoramas of the lakes and waterfalls. The park is exceptionally well-maintained, and the route is well-marked.

Les employées à l'accueil pour scanner les billets électroniques ont été vraiment gentilles avec nous malgré que nous sommes arrivés 1h30 en retard sur l'heure réservée pour la visite. Notre visite qui a débuté à l'entrée 2 - parcours H fut tout simplement fantastique! La beauté du parc et la couleur incroyable des lacs sont les points forts de la visite. Nous sommes allés le 22 septembre et il y a eu très peu d'attente pour le bus et le bateau. Nous avons fait une pause au P3 (arrêt du bateau), et profité pour manger au bistro. La nourriture etait bonne, hamburger, frites, et sandwich prosciutto, café et bière. Ce fut une pause fut très agréable. Et la fin du parcours H est tout aussi époustouflante ! Quelle belle journée
