The Shard was a premier experience! Seamless, organized entry, gorgeous 360 degree views of London; cocktails-- what else do you need? Price was reasonable; great value for the money.

My sister is scared of lifts and heights but I wanted to visit so she came with me (I don't go on my own anywhere because of mobility issues). I couldn't get her to come to the windows with me but no matter, she'd braved the lifts which were brilliant! The views are incredible! I was offered a chair as the bar stools are too high for me, so that was nice and it gave me chance to enjoy the views for longer and take photos. We spent just over an hour on the viewing platforms, it was windy on the outdoor one so not very long up there, we enjoyed champagne included in our ticket cost and we bought some little souvenirs for ourselves and my young grandchildren. We had a fabulous view from our hotel window of the Shard and lit up at night lighting up the hours is very entertaining and we enjoyed that tremendously. Bugger the television 🤣 Lastly we did visit the facilities, the "loos with views" are going to be my topic of conversation for the next month! Please, please go......you will not be disappointed 😁

The entry to the venue was very easy with friendly and welcoming staff. The staggered entry to levels 68 and above is ideal rather than having everyone stampeded through at the same time. We had the VIP booking with champagne which made the experience even more enjoyable while taking in the amazing views from all angles of the top floors. Would highly recommend and likely to return again in the future!

Todo más que perfecto!!! Encantadisimo de la experiencia, y más que agradecido porque fue todo super fácil y muy claro una vez realizada la compra de las entradas, una vez allí cambié con mi tarjeta de entrada la copa de champán. 🍾🥂🙌🏼💫⭐️✨ 100% recomendable y excelente precio. Muchas gracias ☺️

The shard was an experience not to be missed .Wow what a view .We got the premier tick which included Moët champagne,it was a special treat for our adult daughter for her birthday and she loved it .Will do again when in London also we saw the bridge opening up and was great

When I say special, it's what I expected. The view from the Shard of central London is fantastic. It was on my sisters bucket list and she was thrilled to bits with it. Shevtook loads of photographs.
