Animated guide was excellent and had passion and great insight. The spaces were interesting to see. Thank you for the opportunity to give you some feedback. We did indeed have a problem with our booking. The instructions in the booking confirmation we’re not clear. We were 15 minutes early for our reservation and there was no one to greet us. We expected a Guide to be waiting for us. We were very confused and stressed. My recommendation is that your instructions should have stated the following: “Proceed to the ticket office to collect your tickets. The Ticket office will give you instructions on where to meet your Guide. ” Thank you you have a good day

One thing to note is that you need to go to the ticket office first, show your head out ticket, and then you will receive a paper ticket for the secret passages and a paper ticket for the museum . The ticket office will also give you a location of where to meet your guide. The secret passages tour is well worth doing. You see hidden rooms , paintings and narrow spiral staircases within the palace walls, all described very well by the guide. The last stop before the museum is the beautiful ballroom. There's lots of information to absorb but it's worth it .

Julia was an outstanding guide. She is clearly very passionate about the history of Florence and was able to bring the Palazzo Vecchio and its secret passages to life. Going behind the scenes offered a completely different dimension to the historical site that you just couldn't get from a normal tour. Very highly recommend this tour!

The guide was wonderful and had so much historical knowledge. My friend and I missed the first 15 minutes of the tour because we were supposed to meet at the ticket counter but the guard wouldn't let us in to the ticket counter.

We enjoyed "discovering" all those "secret" rooms. Our guide was very knowledgeable and took time to explain many details about the tour. It was a nice experience.

Booked this tour for my 20 something children and they loved it. Guide was excellent and group was small. There was a family with younger kids And they loved it too. Recommend!
