So I visited the London eye for the first time with someone special, and I must say that I do not regret any moment of it. I was first scared when I got there and saw the huge crowd lined up waiting to get in, however the staffs organisation, respect and communication got everyone moving and I had the best experience. Getting into our should I say our allocated pod, it was exquistely clean and well air conditioned which made our experience more enjoyable despite the hot weather. All through the experience, we were communicated with and made comfortable and I could see all measures were taken for our safety too. Getting to the highest peak, I so much appreciated the view and it all made sense why it was called the London Eye, as I could see almost everything. It was so beautiful and alluring. The members of staff were very friendly, and I really appreciated the fact that we were encouraged to take a picture which I so much fell in love with. I was so engrossed with the view and taking everything in my memories that I didn't remember to take any pictures. The souvenirs were so lovely and had a very good quality and content to them, and since my experience, I have always found myself looking at them every now and then. Finally, I say a big kudos to the booking site used as they were the first point of contact and made the whole experience an easy and memorable one. I did love to visit again at night time🥰

The train was clean, comfortable, and departed on time, which helped reduce the stress of navigating travel after a long flight. The journey itself was fast and efficient, making it one of the easiest airport transfers I have experienced. Signage at the airport and station was easy to follow, and boarding was simple. Overall, I found the Heathrow Express to be a reliable and convenient service that I would gladly use again and would recommend to other international travelers visiting London.

7/6/26 We arrived early to check out waiting times and luggage storage as we were told you couldn't take bags. This is not the case, a very welcoming gentleman explained this to us and and after a brief conversation we were upgraded to almost immediate entry and for just £10 tickets for Sea Life, which we had 90 days to use. His customer service was first class. I recommend going early, we were there just before 11am and with the earlier entry we were ahead on our day by a full half hour. It's definitely one of thee to do things on your trip to London. Fantastic views of almost every landmark. Would recommend this to anyone.

Buying the London Eye Fast Track tickets through Headout was an excellent decision. The booking process was simple and convenient, and the tickets were delivered instantly. The Fast Track access saved us a significant amount of time by allowing us to skip the long queues, making the entire experience much more enjoyable and stress-free. My visit to the London Eye was fantastic! The service from the Headout team was impeccable, ensuring a smooth and quick entry that made everything stress-free. The panoramic view of London in the clear midday light was absolutely breathtaking and offered the perfect perspective of the city. Took my cousins from the USA, who were at the end of their European tour to experience London through the ride on The London eye. Although they have been travelling all over Europe and parts of England, they said that the ride topped it all. The views from the top they said, were amazing, spectacular and unforgettable. I agree as I have been on the ride 3x . And I intend to go again one day .
