Vi nød virkelig showet MJ, gode kunstnere, god musik, et smukt show! Om billetoplevelsen må jeg sige, at jeg blev overrasket over de skjulte gebyrer. Et beløb, der ikke er klart annonceret, før du betaler på hjemmesiden. Det var ikke fair efter min mening.

Det var et fantastisk show! Billetservice var også fantastisk. Vi er fra Holland, og det var rart at vide, at vi havde billetter i lommen, før vi ankom.

MJ-showet var fantastisk, og der var også gode pladser. Oplevelsen blev ødelagt af, at jeg ikke modtog billetterne før 2 timer før showet startede. Kundeservice blev ved med at sige, at billetterne ville være hos mig inden for en dag/12 timer/30 minutter/15 minutter osv, og de kom ikke igennem før lige før showet, hvilket forårsagede en masse stress og angst. Jeg var nødt til at kontakte kundeservice fire gange for at få fat i billetterne.

Showet er storslået. Kunstnerne var enestående, både i sang, dans og udtryk. Bookingsiden var fremragende, og alt gik glat, fra booking til adgang til spillestedet.
