- Saigon SkyView is not the best fit for pregnant people, guests with high blood pressure, epilepsy, or seniors.
- Guide dogs and service animals are welcome at Saigon SkyView with a valid ID.

- The Cu Chi Tunnels tour includes pickup from certain hotels in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. If your accommodation is outside the hotel pick-up area, head to the meet-up location provided.
- Pickup times available are 7:30am, 12:30pm, and 1pm.
- Guests must be at least 6 years old and 100cm tall to enjoy the virtual reality game.
- Please note that the last admission is 1 hour before closing time.
