The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and all the necessary gear was provided; the staff as well were very friendly and helpful. PárOvěřená rezervaceMinulý týden5/5It was a nice experience and we didn't have to wait in the queue for long ,although we faced a little challenge due to the fact that ,the lady at the counter had to verified the tickets purchased with a supervisor first which delayed us a little.Overall, the experience was great.AAjit N

My 4 year old came out with a nose bleed as the venue is too cold for little ones he ram out Kids stayed max 30 mins . We paid extra money to get a penguin encounter photo which never happened ended up being a struggle just to get a refund. Don't think we'll attend here againRRania S

This combination represents everything that makes Dubai extraordinary—the audacious determination to create impossible experiences and make them feel effortless. Located just 4 minutes apart in the Jumeirah and Al Barsha districts, Ski Dubai and Wild Wadi offer the world's most dramatic climate contrast within such proximity.
What to expect
At Ski Dubai
Enter a winter wonderland housed within Mall of the Emirates, where 22,500 square meters of real snow create an authentic alpine experience maintained at -4°C year-round. Your Snow Fun Pass includes all necessary gear—thermal jacket, trousers, snow boots, and gloves—so you can focus entirely on the surreal experience of building snowmen and riding toboggans in the middle of the Arabian Peninsula. The penguin encounters add an extra layer of magic, offering intimate 40-minute sessions with Gentoo and King penguins in their specially designed arctic habitat.
At Wild Wadi
The 4-minute journey between these attractions feels like traveling through a portal between different worlds—from arctic winter to tropical paradise, with barely enough time to process the transition. Wild Wadi's sun-drenched environment provides the perfect warm-up after your snowy adventure, with Arabian-themed water rides that celebrate local culture while providing refreshing relief. The temperature shock therapy of moving from subzero snow to warm water creates an endorphin rush that's uniquely addictive.
Features
The extreme proximity of these attractions—separated by less than a 5-minute drive—makes this the world's most accessible climate-contrast experience. Ski Dubai's indoor environment operates independently of Dubai's weather, while Wild Wadi celebrates the city's year-round sunshine and warmth. Both attractions excel at safety and comfort, with Ski Dubai providing all necessary cold-weather gear and Wild Wadi offering shaded areas and hydration stations for the transition back to desert temperatures.
