Plaza Premium Lounge Access at Hong Kong International Airport: Standard Lounge (Gate 1, 35, and 60)

Used this three times on my return trip Australia UK (had to pay for 2 sessions returning to Oz as I had a 15 hour layover but maximum session I could get was 6 hours!). Staff pleasant, food meh (really not much choice at all - food I had was warm, not hot). Supposed to be a quiet place to relax but some of the patrons loud and so not very relaxing (loud phone conversations and loud kids). Showers available are clean enough and supposed to have a half hour session (my return shower was cut short as they didn't buzz me when I should have gone because they "were busy" which cut short my shower time) - good amenities provided with shower. Lounge became incredibly busy at times with very little seating and I had to stand at one point because people had bags on seats they weren't using and wouldn't move them! Staff need to be more mindful of this, particularly for other patrons with nowhere to sit - this is not a cheap option so if they are granting access they need to be proactive about seat availability.

I had a 5 hour lay over in HK airport, so chose the 3 hour package and used the Gate 1 lounge. Check in was simple and quick. You get a 15 minute shower period included, they provide towels, soaps, and a sanitary package including toothbrush/toothpaste which is very worthwhile after a long flight already. The drinks variety is good and self-serve The food variety was ok, but certainly not exceptional. Some basic buffet food (spring rolls, Thai fishcakes, vegetable curry & rice), and a decent freshly cooked fish soup. The sitting space was comfy and had adequate seating despite being rather full, not all plug sockets in the sitting area worked however and it had quite a tired feeling to it. I was also disappointed at the lack of Aircon, so it was quite stuffy unless you were placed Infront of one of the fans. All in all in was good value for money to spend 3 hours there and fill up on food / drink.

Wow ! I was so grateful for your staff ( at front counter ) firstly . I had made carrot due to lack of sleep on the booking and they were amazing because of time differences I missed my day. But your staff were friendly and so helpful. It was what I needed after a very long holiday and long flight. I was able to relax an have food/ srink and an amazing shower before my forward flight. All the staff were friendly and the lounge and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Thank you you made my transfer seamless and comfortable I will certainly tell people about this service ***** 👌💕

Excellent airport lounge and well worth the $89 for three hours. The facilities were spotlessly clean and well maintained, including the shower and bathroom. The lounge itself was comfortable and relaxing, with attentive and friendly staff throughout. The food and bar area was particularly impressive, with an excellent range of Chinese dishes and a delicious soup freshly prepared by the kitchen staff. Great service, great food and a very comfortable place to relax between flights. I would definitely use this lounge again. These lounges are good value

The staff were all so nice and accomodating. It is my first time to experience a lounge, I was hesitant at first because it was kinda expensive but I didn't expect it was a big help to me with the long layovers. I was able to sleep, Shower and eat. The breakfast food selection was not much but I love their congee! The place was so neat, and it was all in all a good experience for me! Thank you for the wonderful customer service especially the reception area!
