Poter ammirare il palazzo del Parlamento anche al suo interno è stato bellissimo! Rocco, la nostra guida, ci ha accompagnati gestendo in maniera molto funzionale e amichevole la parte organizzativa, sino al passaggio del testimone a Cristina, la guida che ci ha condotto all'interno delle sale visibili al pubblico. Non conoscevo bene la storia del paese, né tutto ciò che ha portato alla costruzione del palazzo. La cosa che più mi ha colpito nei vari tour fatti in questi giorni è la fierezza per il proprio paese, per ciò che ha attraversato e cosa hanno visto crescere man mano davanti a loro. Bellissima esperienza!

The guide was nice, explained everything nicely and answered questions but I expected to see more rooms. The building it's huge and to pay and see 4-5 rooms and 2 halls which is 4-5% of it it's a bit disappointing...

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Tourguide, die man sehr gut verstehen konnte. Die Beschilderung, um zum richtigen meeting point zu kommen, hätte besser sein können. Die Erwartungen zur Führung wurden voll erfüllt.

Meet your guide at the Palace of Parliament entrance and skip the ticket line before entering the building. After ticket validation, begin a guided route through the palace's public halls and reception spaces with commentary available in English or Italian. The visit includes walking through large interiors connected by staircases and corridors.

What to expect

Built during Nicolae Ceaușescu's regime, the Palace of Parliament is one of the world's largest administrative buildings, with more than 1,100 rooms spread across vast ceremonial levels.

Features

Walk through monumental marble staircases, formal reception rooms, and long galleries designed for state functions and political meetings.

See interiors decorated with more than 500 chandeliers, over 1,400 mirrors and ceiling lights, along with large carpets, carved woodwork, and heavy drapery created for the palace's grand halls.

Visit major spaces including the Ballroom and the Human Rights Hall, known for its round-table layout and pastel-toned interiors used for official gatherings.

Your English or Italian-speaking guide explains how thousands of workers and hundreds of architects contributed to the palace's construction, while sharing details about the building's underground levels and concealed nuclear bunker facilities.

What to bring

Have your original passport and ID (E.U.) ready for a seamless experience. Only original IDs (E.U.) or passports are accepted; copies or driving licenses are not permitted.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind sharp metallic tools or objects, large bags, dangerous items, and plastic bottles are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Strict dress code: You are required to dress appropriately for your visit. Do not wear clothes with offensive or racist symbols.

Additional information

Your ticket includes a reservation fee for the selected time slot, and it must be validated 15 minutes before the tour.

Pass through the exterior security gate and walk through the inner court and parking area to reach the coffee shop inside, where a representative wearing a CT&T badge will validate your tickets and escort you to passport control for airport-style security and ID checks.

No refunds will be issued if entry is denied at the security point or if you arrive late to validate your reservation.

The entire experience lasts about 1 hour, including the entry process and guided tour.

The Parliament manages the tour's organization and duration, and changes may occur depending on availability.

If your preferred language is unavailable, you may be assigned an English-guided tour.
