Facilità di accesso e immediato al museo, siamo potuti entrare anche un'ora prima del programmato. Museo molto bello e grande, abbiamo impiegato 4 ore x una visita completa.

Harika bir müzeydi. Salon ayrımları ve geçişler oldukça rahattı. Madrid'e gelince mutlaka gezilmeli. Kolayca kullanılan bir uygulama, sesli içeriklerin katlara göre dağıtılması iyi olmuş.

Nous avions pris des billets à l'avance afin d'éviter de faire la queue et je conseille de le faire. Notre visite a duré plus de 3 heures et grâce à l'audioguide , ce qui nous a bien servi . Peut être le seul bémol étant qu'il y'a quand même beaucoup de salles.

The app would not work in the Prado. So upsetting. All 7 of us tried and nothing. Had to purchase audio through the e museum which cost another $5 for 7 people. Headout only gave me a credit to their account and not on my credit card. I guess I will go back to Viator for tours. Unsettling.

I booked the audioguide, the entey tickets works but. First of all, the audioguide has selected places that doesnt go in order, the map does not work and you cant zoom in. I got lost, i tried to ask someone, and they could help me (the stafd of the museum). I was really hoping to know El Prado. But i really think that, this is one of the worse audiogudes that could exist. Thanks.

The audio guide was very helpful. Lovely museum. I enjoyed the Valasquez and Goya.

The audio guide is available on the Prado Guide app. Instructions to download will be shared with your ticket. Do bring your own headphones.

All entrances have a free service to deposit outerwear and personal items you can’t carry into the museum, albeit with limited capacity—plan accordingly.

While food & drinks are not allowed, you can grab a bite at Cafe Prado or at the Ionic Gallery Tea Room.

Some sections of the museum may be subject to closures at the authorities’ discretion.
