Everything whent smoothly from the ease of use when purchasing the tickets for Lucaks thermal baths We walked from the metro which took about 15 minutes entry is easy we would advice to have a changing cabin which was private and secure though the staff could have smiled . Most people were local and very nice the whirlpool was so much fun we could have stayed all day but had to be somewhere all in all a great experience from purchasing tickets on line to the actual experience

What they offer is true to what you get. The description matches what is there. The spa is just like shown in the photos. We loved the thermal area. We wanted to go to a spa where locals go... and this is one of them. Very few tourists. The spa is on the older side, which gives it more authenticity.

It was a nice thermal bath. Sometimes a little bit too crowded. It had signs that 7 people fit in a bath and there were 20+. Old building kinda classic. In general we had a good time.

It was pretty relaxing—so why not 5 stars? Because there were only 2 saunas—that's a shame—but the rest is still pretty varied, so I'd still recommend it. You won't regret it.

I had a pleasant time in the various pools at the LUKACS spas, but the staff was very uncooperative. No explanations were given. The locker system was very complicated. The lifeguard was on the verge of becoming aggressive ,,,, which is a shame because this experience is a must-do in Budapest

A True hidden gem! You'll be almost only under locals, as the Lukacs Thermal Baths are amongst the least known in Budapest. Close to the Danube and Margrit Island, you'll be there from Deák Ferenc Tér (City center) in not even 15 minutes. There are three outside pool with regular water in different temperatures and three different thermal pools (32-36-40 Degrees) to relax, along with saunas and steam baths, all included in the very modest entry fee of converted less than around 20 euros. There is even the possibility to have a beer spa for a special price. Overall, the best opportunity to relax in Budapest, much better than the famous Széchenyi baths, also conserving a true local atmosphere.
