Der gesamte Buchungsprozess lief reibungslos ab, und die Tickets wurden mir anschließend zuverlässig zugestellt. Entry was smooth and an employee was available just inside the gate to give us tips about enjoying our day. We particularly enjoyed the walk through exhibits like the monkeys and Limas, much better than seeing them behind glass. We attended the gorilla talk and found the zoo employee to be relaxed but very knowledgeable. We visited in October and the zoo was reasonably quiet except for a few school groups.
