These tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

What to bring

• Please carry a valid photo ID along with your mobile or printed ticket for entry.

• Children under 3 years old must present proof of age to qualify for free entry.

• If your ticket includes transfers, carry a valid passport and any required visa documents for border crossing.

• Proper swimwear is required for all LEGOLAND® Water Park attractions.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park.

• Smoking and e-cigarettes are only permitted in designated smoking areas.

• Large luggage and oversized bags are not permitted.

• Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

• Alcohol, illegal substances, and hazardous items are strictly prohibited.

• Access to certain rides and attractions is subject to height, age, and safety restrictions.

Accessibility

• The venue is accessible for guests using wheelchairs and strollers.

• Wheelchairs are available near the main entrance at the Mini-Market.

• Wheelchair and stroller rentals are available on-site at an additional cost.

• Prayer rooms are available for Muslim guests.

Additional information

• Guests under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above at all times.

• Children’s tickets must be purchased with at least one accompanying adult ticket.

• 2-day tickets are valid for use on two consecutive days.

• Re-entry is allowed on the same day with a valid ticket or wristband.

• Locker rentals and parking are available at an additional cost.

• Multiple halal dining options are available inside the park.

• Outdoor attractions may close temporarily during lightning or severe weather conditions for safety reasons.

• If your ticket includes transfers, please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 30 minutes before departure.
