Friendly staff and comfortable, regular buses, which I enjoyed on both days. The app is really useful to see where buses are at any time. The time of arrival at the bus stop wasn't always 100% accurate, but it gave me a good idea. It would be great if the commentary could be updated as sometimes the person speaking sounded a little bored. But overall I would recommend this tour.

The Porto Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour was an absolute highlight of our trip! It’s by far the easiest and most convenient way to see all the major landmarks without stressing over navigation or public transport. The route covers everything—from the historic city center down to the beautiful coastal areas—and the audio guide provided great context and history along the way. The buses ran on time, the open-top deck offered amazing views for pictures, and getting on and off at key stops was seamless. Highly recommended for families or anyone visiting Porto for the first time!

Hice el tour llevando mi scooter pues tengo movilidad reducida. El acceso y la salida es sencilla por la puerta de salida, donde te montan una pequeña rampa de acceso y nada más entrar tienes un sitio reservado para sillas de ruedas. Lo demás es el tour que se hace agradablemente acompañado de una audio guía, usando los auriculares que te proporcionan al subir al autobús y en varios idiomas a elegir.

Excellent moyen pour visiter le centre ville de Porto et les extérieurs vers le bord de mer, malgré la circulation difficile et les embouteillages dans le centre. Les commentaires du guide audio disponible en plusieurs langues sont très appréciés.

The well planned out stops along the way, and the ease of hopping on and off! It was wonderful to learn more about the beautiful city of Porto. We loved it. This really helped us know which areas we wanted to explore more (more than just the normal tourist spots).

Open Roof top bus with no obstructing windows, made photographing the amazing buildings easy and loved the sunshine and breeze....great experience.

The buses are wheelchair accessible.

Wheelchairs must be no larger than 70cm wide, 120cm long, and 135cm high to board the bus. If unsure, contact the service provider.

Just a heads up, each bus can only accommodate 1 wheelchair at a time. If there is already a passenger in a wheelchair, please wait for the next one.
