Great service, staff always present at all stops, and the option to hop on and off whenever you want is extremely convenient. Comfortable bus with the ability to see everything from both downstairs and upstairs. The service for people with disabilities is also excellent.

Last week

I didn't get to see some spots. Would've had to get off bus and walk to see Spanish steps and Trevor fountain. Some stops were too far away. I wanted to see the Colosseum but stopped way over by Circus Maximus and couldn't walk all the way back.

I appreciated being provided with a headset and map for the bus. What was annoying was that there was complimentary wifi and it didn't work in many of the buses. A lot of the buses the jack for the earphone was broken and if the bus was busy with no free seats you missed out on the commentary.
