On a rainy, thundery day paying to have a priority pass was important. The first experience we tried to attend, the tickets we were provided with did not allow us priority. After messaging with Headout, and waiting 30 minutes for response, the problem was rectified and priority passes were provided. Better late than never.

It was very shocking to learn that you cannot access anything in Disneyland without a fully charged phone. I found that to be a big hassle, having to pull up the QR code beyond entry was time consuming and didn't always work well for yus. Also, we were not clear on the Premier Access feature. How many rides? Which rides? No one in the park was very helpful.

My children enjoyed each and everything about Disneyland. The rides, the parade, the experiences. However Headout is not a very user-friendly app. At one time it only showed the 1 adult 1 child tickert. I had to go back to track the email to find the tickets to 1 adult 2 children. I had to download pdf again and again for premiere access as staff woulfd not accept otherwise. App could be made better.

Always a great family experience going to Disneyland, especially enjoyed the performance of the Lion King !!! Great choreography, and excellent vocals by the artists. Will recommend this show to anyone going.

Getting Started

Begin your adventure at the Hong Kong Disneyland Main Entrance Gate on Lantau Island. Scan your QR code at the gate for entry, then proceed through security and ticket validation. Once inside, select your three Premier Access attractions from a list of 5 or access to all 8, and head straight to the priority entrance.

What to Expect

Hong Kong Disneyland, opened in 2005, is a landmark theme park blending Disney magic with local culture. Spanning seven themed lands, it’s a must-visit for families and fans of all ages.

Features

For Premier Access to 3 attractions, choose from the following:

Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars: Experience a thrilling coaster ride through a Western mining town; riders must be 112 cm or taller.

Ant-Man and The Wasp: Nano Battle!: Join Marvel heroes in an interactive battle, unique to Hong Kong Disneyland.

Mystic Manor: Explore a trackless dark ride filled with imaginative effects and original storytelling (closed for refurbishment from May 6, 2025).

Iron Man Experience: Board a motion simulator and soar over Hong Kong with Iron Man; minimum height 102 cm.

It’s a Small World: Enjoy a classic boat ride celebrating global cultures with vibrant displays and music.

If you choose to skip the lines at 8 attractions, you'll get Premier Access to all 5 mentioned above, plus Frozen Ever After, Hyperspace Mountain, and Mickey's PhilharMagic.

Note: If your chosen attraction is closed, you may use your Premier Access for another eligible ride on the same day, subject to availability.

What to bring

Have your ID ready for a seamless experience.

Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and an umbrella to beat the heat.

What’s not allowed

Keep in mind that selfie sticks, weapons, alcohol, wheeled luggage of any size, stroller wagons, wagons, carts or other wheeled carriers, folding chairs, skateboards, scooters, inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels, drones, remote-controlled flying devices, kites, flags, banners and stools are prohibited inside the venue.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Clothes representative of an actual Disney character, obscene language, torn clothing, or clothing exposing excessive portions of the skin are not allowed inside the venue.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

For your safety, some attractions at Hong Kong Disneyland Park require that Guests be a specific height or taller.

The rides listed are for reference only. If there are any changes, please follow the park’s latest announcements and arrangements on the day, as no further notice will be given.

If a selected attraction is closed on the pass’s validity date, the pass may be used once for priority entry to one alternative attraction designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited, subject to availability.

The ticket that guests buy is directly usable at the venue. If you want to reschedule your date, you can use the Disneyland app.
