Purtroppo, durante il mio ultimo viaggio si è verificata una situazione spiacevole all'arrivo in aeroporto. Avevo già acquistato in anticipo tutti i biglietti necessari per raggiungere la mia destinazione finale, ma il viaggio è coinciso con uno sciopero internazionale. Di conseguenza, non ho ottenuto alcun rimborso e sono stata costretta a passare l'intera notte in aeroporto. Mi rendo conto che questo disagio non dipende direttamente dalla compagnia, ma è un problema più ampio che riguarda il settore ferroviario a livello internazionale. I clicked on confirm not realising there was another window, with Tren Italia to also confirm, again. As the train departure platform was changed at the last minute and we all had to run, I did not realise the change was not completed. I found out when the ticket inspector pointed it out to me.
