No Te Lo Pierdas!

Step into a universe where mechanical contraptions, eccentric characters, and mind-bending acrobatics collide to create a surreal, playful, and poetic spectacle unlike any other.

Directed by Michel Laprise with a jazz- and electro-swing-infused score by Raphaël Beau with Bob & Bill, this internationally acclaimed production is "the most enthralling show" (San Francisco Chronicle).

Featuring a cast of 50 performers from 21 countries, it combines Cirque’s signature theatricality, ingenious staging, and daring physical feats to celebrate the joy of curiosity and the power of imagination.

The story

The story follows the Seeker, a brilliant inventor convinced that a hidden world exists inside his vast curio cabinet. When a cast of eccentric, partly mechanical beings appears, his curios spring to life in a series of surreal and mesmerizing acts. Set in a whimsical, undefined era where past and future intertwine, KURIOS blurs the line between reality and imagination through poetry, humor, and breathtaking acrobatics. Audiences are invited to journey into this alternate universe, a place where creativity reigns and the impossible becomes real.

Wonderful show as always with Cirque du Soleil. Especially the second half of the show when the really incredible acts come on. Lovely cool air conditioning but I did find the seats very small and hard. The equipment and costumes were all as imaginative as I have come to expect this is my eighth visit to the Cirque! My advice to anyone thinkking of going is always choose the shows in the tent, the atmosphere cannot be replicated in any other venue.
