We were smoothly entered to the building. We thought the art work on display was fantastic and enjoyed it far better than the Louvre. It is now our favourite Art gallery as the paintings, especially the range of impressionists and the superb sculptors. Everything was spacious and beautifully displayed. Thank you.

Everything went well; getting in was easy—which was surprising for this time of year. The museum is worth a visit: it’s well-organized, well-maintained, and, above all, has a great collection. The tour flows smoothly and isn’t very long—a few hours are enough to see everything. There’s even a restaurant on site.

I gave you four stars because there was a problem in the app with the Orangerie tickets not printing the barcode. The Orsay. Tickets printed just fine and there was no problem. Other than that hiccup we couldn't be happier with the service. We are definitely using it again for additional bookings.

Everything was very smooth except the link for audioguide was only available for 24 hours. I realized this when I was in the museum and it was too late to fix it. I was on vacation and didn't catch up with my e-mail within 24 hours so easy to miss that and a longer time to use the link would have helped.

There were way too many people, which made it impossible to get close to the artworks. When we asked a staff member on the fourth floor for directions, he was very rude and told us to figure it out on our own and that we should read the signs!!!
