Points forts Rapidité et régularité : 32 minutes chrono, direct et sans arrêt intermédiaire. Les départs s'effectuent toutes les 15 minutes aux heures de pointe (toutes les 30 minutes le reste du temps). Fiabilité : Le service est garanti même en cas de grève (avec service de bus de substitution si nécessaire). Confort à bord : Rames modernes et climatisées, dotées de porte-bagages spacieux, de prises électriques et d'une accessibilité de plain-pied.

Ottimo e comodissimo modo per arrivare dall’aeroporto di Fiumicino a Roma Termini. Il treno è facile da trovare, confortevole e puntuale, e il viaggio è stato veloce e senza complicazioni. Anche la prenotazione tramite Headout è stata semplicissima. Consigliatissimo!

Treno puntuale e personale super disponibile e cortese. Esperienza con Headout terribile. Mi hanno detto che non potevo modificare la prenotazione anticipando l'orario, quando bastava farlo online sul sito trenitalia!!!

Easy to use but if you don't have WiFi, which I did not, I could not access the QR code. I had to take a photo of the QR and also sent it when I had hotel WiFi to my husband who did have WIFI

We ware lucht to have the last train. The AirPlays was 3 houten to late! Toen it is kovels Thatcher the train is standing and waiting to bering you to Rome. Quick and quitte.

Ottimo servizio, ma serve più tutela durante gli scioperi Utilizzo regolarmente questo servizio e, in generale, la mia esperienza è sempre molto positiva: i treni sono estremamente comodi, il servizio è efficiente, gli ambienti sono puliti e, soprattutto, i collegamenti sono rapidi e puntuali. Purtroppo, durante il mio ultimo viaggio si è verificata una situazione spiacevole all'arrivo in aeroporto. Avevo già acquistato in anticipo tutti i biglietti necessari per raggiungere la mia destinazione finale, ma il viaggio è coinciso con uno sciopero internazionale. Di conseguenza, non ho ottenuto alcun rimborso e sono stata costretta a passare l'intera notte in aeroporto. Mi rendo conto che questo disagio non dipende direttamente dalla compagnia, ma è un problema più ampio che riguarda il settore ferroviario a livello internazionale. Tuttavia, sarebbe fondamentale avere un'alternativa o un "piano B" in circostanze simili: ad esempio, dare la possibilità di utilizzare lo stesso biglietto per salire su autobus sostitutivi, garantendo ai passeggeri almeno il raggiungimento della stazione centrale o del terminal di riferimento.

The ride itself went very well. We were there a bit early so I changed, online, to an earlier train. I clicked on confirm not realising there was another window, with Tren Italia to also confirm, again. As the train departure platform was changed at the last minute and we all had to run, I did not realise the change was not completed. I found out when the ticket inspector pointed it out to me. It was stressful. He was busy and said he would come back, so was anxious the rest of the ride.
