The instructions laid out in the ticket was very clear. I booked a grab from my accommodation to Asiatique then headed to warehouse 7 to claim my physical voucher. Onboarding was on time. All the staff onboard greeted us with the biggest smiles and the food was just lovely. The views were spectacular and the sunset made it even more special. The singer was Filipina and she sang a Filipino song so it hit closer to home. Beers were unlimited. I got the best photos and videos from this dinner cruise that I got to share to my family back home. This is a highly encouraged experience. Don't miss out! ✨

The online ticketing experience was quick and seamless! On the spot organization was great, Asiatique was a fun launchpad for the journey, the queue was a bit long.. slightly difficult for families, but there was staff present to guide through any confusion we had. Chao Phraya Princess was clean, elegant, and lively! The singer and band was great! we danced quite a bit. The food was adequate and up to standard, however, it could have been improved. Especially by elevating varity of the buffet. But no big complaints Overall a great experience

The dinner cruise was a really nice experience. The atmosphere was beautiful, especially with the view of the city lights from the water. The food was delicious and there were several options to choose from, so everyone could find something they liked. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a special evening on the water.

The beautiful lights along the waterfront were incredible! The food was also delicious. The only downside is I was charged twice for the trip. I initially chose Pay Later, but chose Pay Now after I received a reminder the morning of the cruise. I emailed them to give them the heads up I paid and asked they not do the automatic deduction but they did anyway. So heads up to everyone, not to make that mistake. Hopefully I won't have to wait long to be reimbursed.

We had a wonderful time on the sunset dinner cruise. The staff from step 1, picking up the tickets couldn't have been nicer. Then while waiting to get on the boat everyone was great, they kept everything organized and moved the crowd with ease. Once on the boat , the food was available shortly after leaving the dock. We waited after the early rush to get food and there was never any shortage of the many choices. The entertainment was lively and fun. Our group has a great time . The views from the water are also spectacular.

The views are fantastic. The food was good. The boarding process was very smooth the Icon Siam location is very elegant.
