Our tickets included transportation to RCA Studio B. When we arrived at the Music Hall we were told there was no room on the bus leaving at 11:30 and there were no other buses that day so we either had to walk or pay an Uber. They did not discount the ticket to compensate for no transportation that was paid for in the price of the ticket purchased.

The timeslot and ticket for Studio B does not get relayed to Hall of Fame so I had to wait an extra 2 hrs for it.
